King Neptune and his wife, Queen Amphritrite
King Neptune is the ruler of the underwater kingdom, Atlantis. The people of the sea (more commenly known as merfolk) detest the Fairy Godmother because it was her that sunk Atlantis. Neptune is married to Queen Amphitrite, and together they reign over the water-world and when the rebellion seeks advice and help in overthrowing the Fairy Godmother, the gladly give it. Neptune himself tells them the story of the Little Mermaid and helps them locate the knife.
